Thank you for choosing Leprechaun Letters! We offer flexible purchase options to suit different needs. Below you'll find details about each purchase type and how cancellations work.


🛍️ Purchase Options

1. One-Off Purchase
A single letter purchase—perfect as a gift or sample of the Leprechaun Letters experience.

  • One-time payment

  • No subscription or ongoing billing

  • Cannot be cancelled or refunded once prepared or shipped (unless faulty)

2. Monthly Subscription (Cancel Anytime)
A recurring subscription billed monthly for up to 12 months maximum.

  • Auto-renews every month unless cancelled

  • Cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid future charges

  • Letters already prepared or shipped before cancellation will still be delivered

  • Subscription automatically ends after 12 months (you will not be charged beyond this point)

3. Prepaid Bundles (3, 6, or 12 Months)
Pay once upfront and receive letters monthly for the duration of your selected bundle.

  • No recurring charges

  • Cannot be cancelled or refunded mid-term unless the product is faulty or undelivered

  • Ideal for gifts or those who prefer to prepay


🔄 Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Can be cancelled anytime before the next billing date through your account or by contacting us.

  • Cancellations take effect after the current period ends; no refunds for time already paid.

  • Subscription ends automatically after 12 monthly payments unless cancelled earlier.

Prepaid Bundles:

  • Non-refundable and non-cancellable mid-term unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • If your letters are faulty, incomplete, or undelivered, we’ll replace them or issue a refund.

One-Off Purchases:

  • Cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed and processed.

  • If a product arrives damaged or is not delivered, contact us for a resolution.


📩 How to Cancel

You can cancel your monthly subscription by:

  • Logging into your account and selecting Manage Subscription, or

  • Emailing us at lepletters@gmail.com with your name and order number.


⚖️ Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your right to cancel or seek a remedy if goods are:

  • Faulty or damaged

  • Not delivered in a reasonable time

  • Not as described
