Thank you for shopping with Leprechaun Letters! Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your magical mail.


📦 Order Processing

All subscription letters are processed and prepared monthly in advance of the next scheduled dispatch. One-time or gift orders will follow the same cycle unless otherwise specified at checkout.

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after billing.

  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


🌍 Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide from our headquarters in Australia.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered mail due to incorrect addresses.


📮 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

📬 Shipping Fees

Shipping is included in your subscription price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Any applicable shipping fees for one-off purchases will be clearly displayed before payment.


🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. Leprechaun Letters is not liable for delays or costs due to customs clearance.


🚫 Lost, Delayed, or Returned Mail

Once your order has been dispatched, title and risk transfer to you.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the postal service or customs

  • Letters marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received

  • Return-to-sender mail due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

If you believe your letter is lost, please contact us within 30 days of your estimated delivery window at lepletters@gmail.com with your order number and shipping details.


💌 Tracking

Most subscription letters are sent via standard untracked mail to keep shipping free or low-cost. If tracking is available for your order, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
