Returns
Due to the nature of our service—customized and time-sensitive letter subscriptions we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a letter or package that is materially damaged or contains a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong content, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and availability.

Once verified, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds (if applicable)

Cancellations
You may cancel future, non-shipped subscriptions at any time. However, once a letter or package has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it is faulty.
